These terms describe your use of Rent My Ox, an online AI assistance service operated by OXIBLUE LLC under the OXI.blue brand. Contact info@oxi.blue with questions.
1. The service
The Ox helps with questions, drafting, explanations, comparisons, and planning through a web interface. Speech input depends on browser support. Rent My Ox is a digital service; your subscription does not include a physical device, a hardware lease, or paid accounts with other services. Features described as future or in development are not included promises.
2. Subscription and access
The advertised plan is $40 USD per month, billed in advance and renewing monthly until canceled. The checkout will show the total, applicable taxes, currency, and billing interval before you purchase. Paid subscriptions are not yet open on this website. When sales open, access instructions will be provided with your purchase confirmation; contact us if you cannot access the service.
For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment and billing. Its Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. These service terms do not replace Paddle’s transaction terms or your mandatory consumer rights.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before your next renewal through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, or contact info@oxi.blue for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges. Access normally continues through the paid billing period. 4. Responsible use
Use the service lawfully, submit only material you have permission to use, and do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or use it to harm people. Keep any account credentials private. You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription or use the service.
5. AI output and your decisions
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Review outputs, verify important facts, and use qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions. The Ox is not an emergency service. It does not guarantee business results, factual accuracy, or that every requested task can be completed.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit us and service providers involved in delivering the service to process that content to respond to your requests and operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for checking whether an output is suitable to use and respects others’ rights; AI outputs may not be unique.
7. Availability and changes
Service interruptions can occur, including when hosting or AI providers are unavailable. We may change features or these terms and will give notice of material changes affecting existing subscriptions. Price changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights or remedies for a service not supplied as described.
